What is the difference between Supportify and other support applications such as Zendesk?
Zendesk and other support platforms are the modern day analog of the help desk. These applications focus on ensuring that requests and problems get resolved as quickly as possible. Supportify is a bit different.
Our focus is two-fold. First, we focus on helping our customers share knowledge with less work. This could mean integrating with e-mail, or existing apps such as Zendesk, to generate content as part of their normal workflow. Second, we focus on making this content available wherever users need it. This could mean making it available in your mobile app, on your WordPress installation, or available as part of your SharePoint setup.
